Day 196 (164 days to go)

Hi,                  Friday, April 23rd, 2010

I walked/ ran 2 miles on the treadmill outside until it started raining :) 

I walked/ran 6 miles this evening. I was feeling great except that my left groin area was holding me back with a bit of pain. I am happy to report that my shins are managing and my left quad isn't hurting anymore :) I tried my husbands idea of walking the curves on the track and sprinting the straights and this worked well except I didn't give it a shot until halfway through my workout. Happy about my pace for the distance :)

Total: 204 Miles!
